Overall the appearance of the condo was very good and it was clean. There were a few chipped dishes/that I would have thrown out if I was trying to rent a condo. No coffee filters were provided. The refrigerator light was out..at least we couldn't figure out how to turn it on. The freezer light was OK. The biggest inconvenience was the living room had room to seat 5 people on a newly recovered sofa, which was lovely, but just one end table and no coffee table. So there was only room for one person to have a place to set a drink or snacks. This was our 3rd stay with Pisolino Rentals, and we wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

Excellent management communications. Very responsive and loved the unit location. One of the TVs didn't work and there were none in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There were no real supplies like shampoo and conditioner. The equipment was somewhat adequate, but very basic. There is still a bunch of work going on on the property making less than perfect from a visual aspect. All in all, it was very good, but could have been better.
