Cancellation Policies:

The condo you have booked is owned by our client. It is a private home which they offer for rent on a short term basis. Pisolino Rentals is a management company for these owners. The company strives for 5-Star reviews and do our best to offer the best experience possible to our guests.

We realize plans change, people get sick and other situations come up that require that you cancel your booking. We have set our cancellation policy to mirror VRBO and Airbnb. Any variance to the policy is strictly up to the property owner. As they are striving to offer a property at a specific rate, they are expected to get paid for every booking. Late cancellations are problematic and could cost the owner and our company revenue. Please remember, ultimately, we are a family business that must adhere to standards and policies so that our business succeeds.

We generally allow cancellations with full refund when cancellation is done 14 days or more from the arrival date. From 7-14 days before arrival we will allow a 50% refund. Within 7 days of arrival, cancellations will not allow for a refund.

YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE 4% PROCESSING FEE FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. THAT FEE IS FROM THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR AND GOES TO THEM, NOT US.

Be aware that some owners have stricter policies. Please be sure of the cancellation policy of the condo you are booking before final confirmation.

There are very few exceptions to these policies as a rental within 7 days of arrival is unlikely. Please adhere to these timeframes. It is always our goal to accommodate guests, but we must answer to our client owners as well.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

1. Your Responsibility - All condos are the personal property of our clients. YOU are responsible for damages caused during your stay.

2. Resort Rules and Regulations - The resorts in which our condos are located have rules and regulations governed by the HOA, not us. YOU MUST REPORT THE CORRECT NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHICH WE ARE REGISTERING WITH THE RESORT. FAILURE TO DO SO OR SHOWING UP WITH MORE THAN THE NUMBER OF GUESTS REGISTERED WILL ADD FEES TO YOUR RESERVATION.

3. Never say "But it's just Mexico"! Puerto Peñasco is a tourist destination. The police are very respectful and will not harass you in any way. The workers are poor and are of below average income who are also very respectful and appreciative of the tourists. Breaking rules in town will get you ticketed or arrested, just like in the states. Breaking rules in a resort can result in eviction from the resort. A legal and appropriate eviction will not initiate a refund of your reservation. BE RESPECTFUL TO ALL WORKERS, STAFF MEMBERS, SECURITY, OTHER GUESTS AND OWNERS.

4. PETS and Other Animals - CASA BLANCA GOLF VILLAS is the only resort on Sandy Beach that allows guests to have pets. Some owners do not allow pets. We have outlined the properties that allow pets in out "Pet Friendly" section. Be aware...the HOA rules only allow for DOGS and not other types of pets. Snakes and other exotic animals are not permitted. Cats are allowed by approval of each property. Additionally, only 2 dogs are allowed per reservation. Also, important to know, Mexico does not have laws governing support animals of any kind. It is strictly up to the condo owner of whether or not a dog is allowed in their property. Some owners are allergic and do not allow pets. That is there right. Be aware of these rules and laws before booking.
